Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to develop and analyze the use of an online collaborative reflection learning model with case study to enhance cyber bullying awareness of pre-service teachers who have different anonymity in online learning. In addition, this study explores the differently variables on the different pre-service teachers' cyber bullying awareness in online collaborative reflection learning. The samples were 83 pre-service teachers who studies in faculty of education, Silpakorn University, second semester, the academic year 2016. Research Instruments were preliminary survey, interview form, an online course, cyber bullying awareness questionnaire, instructional manual, and model assessment form. Qualitative data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and t-test analysis. Quantitative data were analyzed using content analysis methods. The result of study: 1. An online collaborative reflection learning model with case study to enhance cyber bullying awareness of pre-service teachers consisted of 5 elements: 1) content management system for an online activity, 2) case study about cyber bullying, 3) instructor and supporter, 4) learning resources, and 5) cyber bullying awareness evaluation. This model had 4 main steps in collaborative reflection: 1) reflect experience and feeling, 2) analyze a case study, 3) review and summarize, and 4) purpose a dealing guide. 2. The result of model implementation found: 1) pre-service teachers cyber bullying attitude level after studied an online reflection learning model were significantly higher than before activity at .05 level 2) There was no difference in cyber bullying awareness between pre-service teachers who studied in different anonymity at .05 level. 4) The result of the analysis of students' opinions about the change of their awareness can be classified into two categories; the analysis of students' opinions about their readiness for dealing with cyber bullying can be classified into four categories. 3. The result of variables study found: 1) Pre-service teachers who had different past cyber bullying experiences had significantly different cyber bullying attitude level in both before and after online reflection activity at level at .05 level 2) Pre-service teachers who had different cyber bullying attitude level after online reflection activity had significantly different self-confidence in dealing with cyber bullying at .05 level.
