Abstract: บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อการประเมินผลการฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพช่างไม้ของผู้ต้องขังเรือนจำกลางพระนครศรีอยุธยา คือ 1) ด้านบริบทหรือสภาพแวดล้อม เพื่อศึกษาความเหมาะสมนโยบายกรมราชทัณฑ์ด้านการฝึกวิชาชีพ วัตถุประสงค์การฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพช่างไม้ของเรือนจำกลางพระนครศรีอยุธยา และความสอดคล้องระหว่างนโยบายด้านการฝึกวิชาชีพกับวัตถุประสงค์ของการฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพช่างไม้ตามสภาพที่เป็นจริง 2) ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น เพื่อศึกษาความเหมาะสม งบประมาณ วิทยากร สถานที่ อุปกรณ์ หลักสูตร และระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพช่างไม้ของผู้ต้องขังเรือนจำกลางพระนครศรีอยุธยาตามสภาพที่เป็นจริง 3) ด้านกระบวนการ เพื่อศึกษาความเหมาะสมกิจกรรมการฝึกอบรม การวัดและประเมินผลการฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพช่างไม้ของผู้ต้องขังเรือนจำกลางพระนครศรีอยุธยาตามสภาพที่เป็นจริง 4) ด้านผลผลิต เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ความรู้ ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทักษะของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพช่างไม้เรือนจำกลางพระนครศรีอยุธยา และ การนำไปใช้ในสภาพที่เป็นจริง ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารการฝึกอบรมจำนวน 8 คน วิทยากรผู้ฝึกอบรมจำนวน 3 คน และผู้ต้องขังที่เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมจำนวน 94 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคำนวณหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ด้านบริบท ผู้บริหารการฝึกอบรม และวิทยากรผู้ฝึกอบรม มีความเห็นว่ามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น ผู้บริหารการฝึกอบรม วิทยากรผู้ฝึกอบรม และผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม มีความเห็นว่ามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ด้านกระบวนการ ผู้บริหารการฝึกอบรม วิทยากรผู้ฝึกอบรม และผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีความเห็นว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก 4. ด้านผลผลิต วิทยากรผู้ฝึกอบรมมีความเห็นว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก และผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีความเห็นว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ABSTRACT The objective of this research was to evaluate the woodwork training of the prisoners in the Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Provincial Prison. The obtained results will be used for the following purposes; 1) for the context or circumstances to study the accordance between the policy of Penitentiary Department in professional education training and the objective of woodwork training of the prisoners in the Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Provincial Prison as well as the prisoners needed with the real situation ; 2) for the primary factors, to study the readiness and suitability of fiscal budget, personnel officers, buildings, materials, curriculum and the duration of woodwork training of the prisoners in the Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Provincial Prison with real situations ; 3) for the processes, to study the appropriate ness of training activities, the evaluation of woodwork training of the prisoners in the Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Provincial Prison with real situations ; 4) and for the product to study the outcome of the prisoners’ skills in woodwork training and utilization with real situations. The population consisted of 8 training executives also 3 trainers and 94 prisoners. The tool used for the research was rating scale that was analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The research finding indicated that: 1. the training executives and trainers agreed that the context or circumstances agreed with the accordance between the policy of Penitentiary were suitable at a high revel. 2.the training executives, trainers the staff directors, and the prisoner trainees agreed that the primary factors were suitable at a high level. 3. the training executives, trainers and the prisoner trainees agreed that the processes were suitable at a high level. 4. the trainers agreed that the product was suitable at a high level and the trainees agreed that it was suitable at a moderate level.
