The concept of research is to design and build a kiln that can be drying while burning and can condense the smoke together calculate efficiency. Experiment with cassava rhizomes that require removal in agriculture.
The research found that can be design and build a kiln that can be drying while burning. As a result, the efficiency of the kiln was found to be equivalent to that of the kiln of the same size. However, when comparing the time of incineration, it was found that the incinerator with the kiln was less than 11.50 hours or 52.08 percent. Due to the combustion of the air in the combustion chamber, the combustion reaction is rapid. Together rapid cooling of the battery by cutting off the air and cooling it with water.
The results of calorific value of charcoal from cassava rhizomes were found to have an average calorific value of 5,130 (cal/g). The standard charcoal community products are not less than 5,000 (cal/g). The kiln that can be drying while burning It can be used for baking charcoal, which is normally used for 3 to 4 days.
