Abstract:
The existence of values is possible because the people employed in an organization must ultimately decide what is most important in life. The values of an organization shape the culture and determines the direction it will go; values are a very important indicator of success in the business world. This study was designed to evaluate personal and organizational values congruence in a private university in Thailand. To attain this, a survey instrument was prepared to measure these values. The results revealed moderate organizational values and value congruence.
