Abstract: ปัจจุบัน หลากหลายแอปพลิเคชั่นถูกพัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อตอบสนองต่อดำเนินกิจกรรมในชีวิตประจำวันมากขึ้น การยืนยันตัวตนถือเป็นกระบวนการที่สำคัญสำหรับการเข้าถึงข้อมูลที่มีความละเอียดอ่อนบนแอปพลิเคชันใดๆ งานวิจัยนี้ จึงพัฒนาวิธีการยืนยันตัวตนโดยใช้ลายเซ็นที่เซ็นด้วยปากกาสไตลัส (Stylus) บนสมาร์ทโฟน ระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ โดยใช้เทคนิค Color Coherence Vector (CCV) ตรวจสอบร่วมกับพฤติกรรมการเซ็น ได้แก่ จำนวนครั้งที่ยกปากกา เวลาที่ใช้ในการเซ็น แรงกดเฉลี่ย และเวลาที่กดน้ำหนักมากที่สุด ผลการทดลองแสดงให้เห็นว่าการตรวจสอบโดยใช้พฤติกรรมการเซ็นและการประมวลผลภาพตาม CCV ให้ความถูกต้องถึงร้อยละ 94 การยืนยันตัวจนจากพฤติกรรมการเซ็นร่วมกันการประมวลผลภาพด้วยเทคนิค CCV สามารถปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพในการตรวจจับลายเซ็นที่ปลอมแปลงได้

Abstract: Nowadays, many applications are constructed for supporting the daily human activities. Authentication is a crucial process to access the sensitive data on any applications. This study, we developed a method to verify user identity by using handwritten signature by the stylus pen on android smartphones. Color Coherence Vector (CCV) and signing behavior parameters compose of Number of pen-up, Signing Time, Average Pressure and Strongest Pressure Moment are used. The experimental results showed that the verification by using signing behavior parameters and image processing based on CCV gives authentication accuracy level of 94%. The verification by signing behavior parameters improves efficiency to detect the mimic handwritten signature
