Abstract:
Nowadays, many applications are constructed for supporting the daily human activities. Authentication is a crucial process to access the sensitive data on any applications. This study, we developed a method to verify user identity by using handwritten signature by the stylus pen on android smartphones. Color Coherence Vector (CCV) and signing behavior parameters compose of Number of pen-up, Signing Time, Average Pressure and Strongest Pressure Moment are used. The experimental results showed that the verification by using signing behavior parameters and image processing based on CCV gives authentication accuracy level of 94%.
