Abstract:
The key to succeed in the management of Division of Finance is well-roundedness.
Thus, this research attempts to integrate the key dimension of dimensions of division of finance well-roundedness in a new model. The main objective of this research is to investigate the effects
of division of finance well-roundedness on job efficiency of the division of finance, institution of
education under The Office of Higher Education Commission in Thailand.
Accordingly, this research attempts to extend the literature by using the knowledgebased view theory (KBV). The division of finance, Institution of Education under the office of higher education commission in Thailand was selected as the population and sample. Questionnaires were distributed to 156 institutions of education in Thailand by using the sample random sampling for data collection and 57 responses were returned.
The results reveal that the Director of the Division has opinions about the fiscal wellrounded overall in Compliance of Methodist rules and laws, and Professional ethics, the Financial information systems, Procedure receiving and Pay of budgets, the Professional Ethics, and Organization Policy were at the highest level. Moreover, the Director of the Division has opinions about Job Efficiency in general, Timeliness, and Accuracy were at the high level. Division of Finance Well-roundedness has a positive influence on Job Efficiency of Finance Division, Office of the Higher Education Commission, Thailand.
