Abstract:
This study aimed to find out teachers satisfaction on the internal supervision of schools in Bangboo district, the Office of Samutprakarn Primary Educational Service Area 2, and compare their satisfaction according to their gender and teaching experience. The samples consisted 183 school teachers in Bangboo district. A 5-rating scale questionnaire concerning the teachers satisfaction on the internal supervision in four aspects: planning, monitoring following the plans, checking and evaluating, and improving the internal supervision accordingly. The questionnaire had a reliability of 0.98. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, average, Standard Deviation, and t-test.
The results revealed that:
1. The satisfaction of teachers on the school supervision was at a high level ( = 4.24, S.D. = 0.13).
2. Gender and teaching experience had no influence on the teachers satisfaction concerning the schools internal supervision.
