Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study and compare of personnel administration in institutions under the office of Vocational Education, Srisaket province, classified by gender and education level. Samples were 186 teachers working in institutions under the office of Vocational Education, Srisaket province. The instrument used for collecting data was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data composed of frequency, percentage, Arithmetic means, Standard Deviations, and t-test.
The results of this study were as follows:
1. The personnel administration in the institutions under the office of Vocational Education, Srisaket province both overall and each aspect were at a high level, as follows: planning and setting of personnel to operation, evaluation of performance, maintenance, and personnel development, respectively.
2. The comparison of teachers opinion on personnel administration in the institutions under the office of Vocational Education, Srisaket province found that male and female teachers was not significant different, but the teachers with different education level was significant different at .01 level of significance.
