Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the opinion of teachers in academic administration of schools under the Sisaket Provincial Administrative Organization, classified by gender and education level. The population composed of 674 teachers. The samples were 242 teachers. Questionnaire was used as a research tool under .91 confident. Statistics used on data analysis and hypothesis test comprised percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test.
Findings were showed that;
1. Overall, the opinion of the teachers in academic administration of schools under the Sisaket Provincial Administrative Organization was at a high level ( = 3.81). Considering on each aspect, it was found that all 3 aspects had high level of opinion, ranging from high average to low average: quality assurance ( = 3.90), development of learning resources ( = 3.88), and educational supervision ( = 3.65), respectively.
2. Based on comparing the opinion of the teachers in academic administration of schools under the Sisaket Provincial Administrative Organization, it was found that gender had no significantly difference on their opinion (t=-1.001, p=.674). Comparing on each aspect, it was found that there was no significant difference on any aspect.
3. Based on comparing the opinion of the teachers in academic administration of schools under the Sisaket Provincial Administrative Organization, it was found that education level had difference at .05 statistically significance on their opinion (t = .156,
p = .000). Comparing on each aspect, it was found that there was no significant different on any aspect.
