Teachers Satisfaction With Acadamic Administration Promoti0n In Tamnaksai School Network Under The Office Of Srisaket Primary Educational Service Area 4
Abstract:
The purposes of the research were to study and compare teachers satisfaction with academic administration promotion in Tamnuksai school network under the Srisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, classified by gender, experience of work, and education degree level. Samples in this study consisted 140 teachers in Tamnuksai school network under the Srisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.94. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and F test.
The results of research revealed that:
1. Teachers satisfaction with academic administration promotion was at a high level. Considering each aspect found every aspect was at a high level. The highest mean score aspect was the educational media development and usage.
2. Gender, work experience, and educational level had no influence on their satisfaction.
