Effective Leadership Of Administrators As Perceived By School Teachers In Namtokhuijan School Network Under The Office Of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 4
Abstract:
The purposes of research were to study an effective leadership of administrators as perceived by school teachers in Namtokhuijan school network the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service area 4, and compare their opinions according to their gender, age, and education. The samples in this study were 136 school teachers in Namtokhuijan school network, the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 4. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.83. The data were analyzed by percentage; mean ( ), Standard Deviation (S.D.), and t-test.
Results of the research revealed that the teachers opinions on the effective leadership of administrators in the Namtokhuijan school network under the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 4 was at a high level. Considering each aspect, found all 4 aspects were at high level, as follows: to create inspiration aspect, to stimulate intelligence aspect, to engross relationship aspect, and a leadership aspect, respectively.
Different gender, age, and education degree of the teachers had influence on their opinions concerning the administrators effective leadership in the Namtokhuijan school network at .05 level of significance.
