Job Performance In Teacher Professional Standard Of Teachers In Namtok Huichan School Network Under The Office Of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 4
Abstract:
Their research aimed to 1) study the job performance of teachers as professional standard in Namtok Houichan School Network under Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 4; and 2) compare teachers opinions on the performance separated by their gender, age, education level, and work experience. The samples in this study included 136 teachers in Namtok Houichan School Network under Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability of .992. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test.
The results of research revealed that:
1. Performance of teachers as professional standard in Namtok Houichan School Network under Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 was at a high level. Considering each standard found that 3 standards were at the highest level: standard 9-creative Collaborate with others, standard 8-behave as a sample model for students, and standard 2-perform activities with regard to the consequences to students, respectively. The standard 1-academic practice on teacher professional development in mind had the lowest mean, however, it was at a high level.
2. Different gender, education level, and work experience of the teachers had influence on their opinions on the job performance at .001 level of significance, but different age had no influence on their opinions.
