Abstract:
The purposes of this study were 1) to study approaches to develop product positioning of camphor flower product for Ban Pong Gan Ton Eng Dan Chumpon School. 2) to study approaches to develop product differentiation of camphor flower product for Ban Pong Gan Ton Eng Dan Chumpon School. 3) to study approaches to develop Model 3I brand recognition of camphor flower product for Ban Pong Gan Ton Eng Dan Chumpon School. 4) to study approaches to develop value chain of camphor flower product for Ban Pong Gan Ton Eng Dan Chumpon School. and 5) to experiment the distribution of camphor flower product for Ban Pong Gan Ton Eng Dan Chumpon School. This study was carried out as mixed method including focus group, interview, and workshop. The results of this study were showed as follows: 1) Brand positioningthe product should have more colors and appropriate sizes, the price should be affordable and close to the market, application is used for smell repellent. All mentioned factors concluded that the product should have good design, affordable price, and nice quality. 2) Product Differentiationthe product should maintain its floral scent smell, open to online customers, and address the product made by students. 3) Model 3I Brand Recognitionthe product represents artificial flower with floral scent, made by students and teachers, and the core value is income distribution to everyone in the school. The value chain was found that the manufacturer needed funding and skilled teachers were production controller. The packaging needed to be clean and clear. The public relation started with the students and distribution place was supermarkets, online, and small retail shops in the community. The manufacturer gained support from stationery, online, skilled teachers to increase students income and skill. The result showed that Camphor flower product can be sold through retail shop and online shops including experienced customers.
