Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to 1) study motivation factors influencing business achievement of TBKK (Thailand) Co. Ltd.; 2) study environmental factors encouraging work performance of employees of TBKK (Thailand) Co, Ltd.; 3) study generation differences influencing business achievement of TBKK (Thailand) Co, Ltd.; and 4) apply any possible approach to develop in generation differences management in TBKK (Thailand) Co, Ltd. The data collection method of this research was questionnaire and interview. The data were analyzed by the statistical package. The result of demographical factors revealed out of 400 respondents were male, aged 19-36 years, graduated high school and bachelors degree, more than a year of work experience, and single. The differences in gender, age, income, and status had an influence on the business achievement. The result calculated by Stepwise multiple linear regression showed that motivation factors regarding achievement and responsibility had an influence on the business achievement. The environmental factors regarding team work and generation difference factors regarding interpersonal relationship, and social awareness had an influence on the business achievement. The research concluded 4 aspects of the business achievement as follows: 1) Change Management: for business adaptability in todays world 2) Conflict Management: for settling any conflict among individuals; 3) Trust: one of the physiological factors to create trust and reliability of employees; and 4) Integrated Team Work: for inspiring individuals idea and creativity to the company achievement.
