The Influence of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Good Governance on Organizational Effectiveness of Local Administration Organizations in the Upper Northeast 2

Abstract
The objectives of the this study were to investigate: 1) a degree of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and good governance towards the effectiveness of local administration organizations in the Upper Northeast 2, 2) direct and indirect influences of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and good governance towards the effectiveness of local administration organizations in the Upper Northeast 2, and 3) guidelines on the developments of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and good governance towards the effectiveness of local administration organizations in the Upper Northeast 2. The instruments used in data collection were a questionnaire and an interview guide. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons product moment correlation coefficient and path analysis. Content analysis was used as well.
Findings of the study were as follows. 1) The degree of transformational leadership, organizational culture, good governance, and effectiveness of local administration organizations in the Upper Northeast each as a whole was at high level. 2) The variables that had direct influences were transformational leadership (0.06), organizational culture (0.09), and good governance (0.89). The variables that had indirect influences were transformational leadership (0.62), and organizational culture (0.29). And the created model consisting of 4 variables, namely transformational leadership, organizational culture, good governance, and effectiveness of local administration organizations in the Upper Northeast 2 had goodness of fit with the empirical data (Chi-square = 004.72, df = 29, P-value = 0.99, RMSEA = 0.13, CN = 672.09, GFI = 0.99, AGFI = 0.96). And 3) the guidelines on the developments of transformational leadership, organizational culture, good governance which will have an effect on effectiveness of local administration organizations in the Upper Northeast 2 comprised these developments: intellectual stimulation, adaptive culture, mission culture, accountability principle, and value-for-money principle. All three variables of causal factors could explain 33.05% of effectiveness of local administration organizations in the Upper Northeast 2.
