Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของโครงสร้างของการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ ที่มีต่อความสามารถในการแข่งขันของธุรกิจการค้าข้ามแดนเชียงราย และพัฒนาแบบจำลองอิทธิพลเชิงโครงสร้างของการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ที่มีต่อความสามารถในการแข่งขันของธุรกิจการค้าข้ามแดนเชียงราย รวมทั้งศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีและระบบสารสนเทศ การสนับสนุนของภาครัฐ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคู่ค้า ที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการโลจิสติกส์และความสามารถในการแข่งขันของธุรกิจการค้าข้ามแดนเชียงรายโดยมีประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหาร พนักงาน ของสถานประกอบการสถานประกอบการการค้าชายแดนจากจังหวัดเชียงราย เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 295 คน โดยวิธีการแบ่งชั้นและสุ่มข้อมูล อย่างเป็นระบบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยเชิงยืนยัน และการวิเคราะห์สมการ เชิงโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ องค์ประกอบของโครงสร้างของการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ที่มีต่อความสามารถในการแข่งขันของธุรกิจการค้าข้ามแดนเชียงราย ประกอบด้วยประสิทธิภาพการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ ความสามารถในการแข่งขันของธุรกิจการค้าข้ามแดนจังหวัดเชียงราย การใช้เทคโนโลยีและระบบสารสนเทศ การสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคู่ค้า ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันลำดับสองของทุกองค์ประกอบมีค่าสถิติผ่านเกณฑ์การทดสอบ จึงเป็นโมเดลที่มีความตรงตามโครงสร้าง และมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ สามารถนำไปวิเคราะห์สมการ เชิงโครงสร้างได้ ซึ่งผลการวิเคราะห์สมการเชิงโครงสร้างพบว่าโมเดลมีความตรงตามโครงสร้าง และมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยพบว่าประสิทธิภาพการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคู่ค้า การใช้เทคโนโลยีและระบบสารสนเทศ และการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ มีอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวกต่อความสามารถ ในการแข่งขันของธุรกิจการค้าข้ามแดน ประสิทธิภาพการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมเชิงบวกต่อความสามารถในการแข่งขันของธุรกิจการค้าข้ามแดน ผ่านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคู่ค้า การใช้เทคโนโลยีและระบบสารสนเทศ มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมเชิงบวกต่อความสามารถในการแข่งขันของธุรกิจการค้าข้ามแดน ผ่านประสิทธิภาพการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคู่ค้า การสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อความสามารถในการแข่งขันของธุรกิจการค้าข้ามแดน ผ่านประสิทธิภาพการจัดการโลจิสติกส์

Abstract: This study aimed to studied structural factors affected to competitiveness of Chiang Rai’s trans-border businesses, to developed structural equation model of logistics management affected to competitiveness of Chiang Rai’s trans-border businesses, and to studied the effect of information technology and system using, government supporting and relationship between trading partners to logistics management affected to competitiveness and Chiang Rai’s trans-border businesses. The population and sample were 295 of administrators and staff of Chiang Rai’s trans-border businesses. The data were collected by questionnaires on stratified and systematic random sampling, analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis. The results were as follow: The structural factors affected to competitiveness of Chiang Rai’s trans-border businesses are logistics management performance, competitiveness of Chiang Rai’s trans-border businesses, using of information technology and system, government supporting and relationship between partners. The result of second order confirmatory analysis of all factors found that the performance model was consistent with the empirical data and able to use in Structural Equation Model and the model has construct validity and was consistent with the empirical data. The result also found that; there are positive direct effect from logistics management performance, relationship between partners, using of information technology and system and government supporting to competitiveness of Chiang Rai’s trans-border businesses. In addition, there is positive indirect effect form logistics management performance to competitiveness of Chiang Rai’s trans-border businesses through relationship between partners. There is positive indirect effect form using of information technology and system to competitiveness of Chiang Rai’s trans-border businesses through logistics management performance and relationship between partners. There is positive indirect effect form government supporting to competitiveness of Chiang Rai’s trans-border businesses through logistics management performance
