Abstract: การศึกษาเรื่องความมั่นคงในการทำงานของข้าราชการ กรมการสื่อสารทหาร กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความมั่นคงในการทำงานของข้าราชการ กรมการสื่อสารทหาร กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความมั่งคงในการทำงานของข้าราชการ กรมการสื่อสารทหาร กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ข้าราชการ กรมการสื่อสารทหาร กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย จำนวน 140 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) กำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05ผลการวิจัยพบว่า1. ระดับความมั่นคงในการทำงานของข้าราชการ กรมการสื่อสารทหาร กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =3.53) เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านความสำเร็จของงาน ( =3.88) รองลงมา ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเพื่อนร่วมงาน ( =3.80) ด้านการควบคุมแนะนำทั่วไป ( =3.76) ด้านการยอมรับนับถือ ( =3.62) ด้านการปกครองบังคับบัญชา ( =3.60) ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้บังคับบัญชา อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.57) ด้านนโยบายและการบริหาร ( =3.56) ด้านสวัสดิการ ( =3.56) ด้านสภาพการทำงาน ( =3.53) ด้านความสำเร็จของตนต่อองค์การ ( = 3.52) ด้านความรับผิดชอบ ( =3.45) ด้านความก้าวหน้าในตำแหน่งงาน ( =3.35) และ ด้านค่าตอบแทน ( =3.08) ตามลำดับ 2. เมื่อเปรียบเทียบ ความมั่นคงในการทำงานของข้าราชการ กรมการสื่อสารทหาร กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย ตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า อายุ รายได้ และระดับการศึกษา ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน

Abstract: The purposes of this research were (1) to study the opinions the job security of the government officers and (2) to study the factors affecting Jobs Security of the government officers of the Directorate of Joint Communications of the Royal Thai Armed Forces HeadquartersThe samples used were 140 respondents selected from personnel in Directorate of Joint communication. and the tool used to collect data was a questionnaire. Statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean and standard deviation.The findings were as follows:(1) The level of Jobs Security of the government officers of the Directorate of Joint Communications of the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters welfare were at a high level. ( =3.53) while considering in detail, it was found that the highest aspect was job success ( =3.88) followed by co-worker relationship ( =3.80), general controlling ( =3.76), respectability ( =3.62), command and control ( =3.60), relationship with superior ( =3.57), policy and management ( =3.56), welfare ( =3.56), working environment ( =3.53), achierement to organigation ( =3.52), responability ( =3.45), position progress ( =3.35) and compensation ( =3.08) respectively. (2) The compavison analysis between jobs security of the government officers of the Directorate of Joint Communications of the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters, classfied by personal factors; there was no difference with the different age income and education level in overall and in detail of each aspect.
