Abstract:
The purposes of this research were (1) to study the opinions the job security of the government officers and (2) to study the factors affecting Jobs Security of the government officers of the Directorate of Joint Communications of the Royal Thai Armed Forces HeadquartersThe samples used were 140 respondents selected from personnel in Directorate of Joint communication. and the tool used to collect data was a questionnaire. Statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean and standard deviation.The findings were as follows:(1) The level of Jobs Security of the government officers of the Directorate of Joint Communications of the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters welfare were at a high level. ( =3.53) while considering in detail, it was found that the highest aspect was job success ( =3.88) followed by co-worker relationship ( =3.80), general controlling ( =3.76), respectability ( =3.62), command and control ( =3.60), relationship with superior ( =3.57), policy and management ( =3.56), welfare ( =3.56), working environment ( =3.53), achierement to organigation ( =3.52), responability ( =3.45), position progress ( =3.35) and compensation ( =3.08) respectively. (2) The compavison analysis between jobs security of the government officers of the Directorate of Joint Communications of the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters, classfied by personal factors; there was no difference with the different age income and education level in overall and in detail of each aspect.
