Abstract: งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษา แนวทางในการนำหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาใช้ ในโครงการก่อสร้างบ้านพักอาศัย โดยการใช้แบบสอบถามสำรวจข้อมูลจาก กลุ่มประชากรซึ่งเจาะจงไปที่กลุ่มสถาปนิก และวิศวกรที่ถือว่าเป็น กลุ่มวิชาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรง กับงานก่อสร้างที่พักอาศัย จากการศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นทั่วไป พบว่า เห็นด้วยสูงมาก 1 หัวข้อ และเห็นด้วยมาก 4 หัวข้อและเห็นด้วยปานกลาง 8 หัวข้อ ส่วนระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความสำคัญ พบว่า สถาปนิกและวิศวกร ให้ความสำคัญกับแนวทางในด้านงบประมาณ มากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านขอบเขตงาน ด้านคุณภาพและด้านกำหนดเวลา ตามลำดับ การศึกษานี้จึงสามารถนำไปเป็นแนวทางในการประยุกต์ นำหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาใช้ในโครงการก่อสร้างบ้านพักอาศัย ให้มีความเป็นไปได้ และมีความเป็นรูปธรรมมากขึ้นต่อไป"

Abstract: This research work is the studies in the Sufficiency Economy which is used in the construction of residential project by using the questionnaire survey. The population that is specific to a group of architects and engineers who are directly responsible in the residential construction. The study about the general opinion found a very high level of agreement with one topic. Strongly agree 4 topics and moderate agree 8 topics. The opinions about the importance of using, it found that, architects and engineers emphasis the budgets of construction in first priority. The following priorities are the scope, the quality and the timing of construction, respectively. This study can be a good guideline for the application of sufficiency economy with residential construction in the feasibility and substantial way."
