Abstract: การศึกษา เรื่องการประเมินผลโครงการองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลไทยอุดม เคลื่อนที่พบประชาชน อำเภอคลองหาด จังหวัดสระแก้ว มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลโครงการองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลไทยอุดม เคลื่อนที่พบประชาชน อำเภอคลองหาด จังหวัดสระแก้ว ด้านบริบทหรือสภาวะแวดล้อม ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการ และผลผลิต โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มเป้าหมาย 2 กลุ่ม คือ ผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการ จำนวน 36 คน และประชาชนตำบลไทยอุดม จำนวน 368 คน โดยใช้เครื่องมือแบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ตลอดจน ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าความถี่ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การประเมินผลโครงการองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลไทยอุดมเคลื่อนที่ พบประชาชน อำเภอคลองหาด จังหวัดสระแก้ว พบว่า ด้านบริบทหรือสภาวะแวดล้อม มีความเหมาะสม อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งนี้ในประเด็น“การดำเนินโครงการ ฯ ช่วยส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาได้อย่างเหมาะสม” เป็นลำดับแรก ในทางตรงข้าม “โครงการ ฯ สามารถแก้ปัญหาและตอบสนอง ความต้องการของประชาชนได้อย่างเหมาะสม” เป็นลำดับสุดท้ายในส่วนด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า มีความเหมาะสม อยู่ในระดับมากในประเด็น “กิจกรรมในการดำเนินโครงการ ฯ มีความเหมาะสม เช่น การรับชำระภาษีบำรุงท้องที่ การรับเรื่องราวร้องทุกข์ การบริการตัดผม เป็นต้น” เป็นลำดับแรก ในทางตรงข้าม “การประชาสัมพันธ์ โครงการ ฯ ให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่ทราบอย่างทั่วถึง” เป็นลำดับสุดท้าย เมื่อพิจารณาด้านกระบวนการ มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งนี้ในประเด็น “วันและเวลาในการดำเนินการตามโครงการ ฯ มีความเหมาะสม” เป็นลำดับแรกในทางตรงข้าม “วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ในการดำเนินงานโครงการ ฯ มีเพียงพอ” เป็นลำดับสุดท้ายและเมื่อพิจารณาด้านผลผลิต พบว่า โดยภาพรวม ประชาชนมีความพึงพอใจต่อโครงการองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลไทยอุดม เคลื่อนที่พบประชาชน อำเภอคลองหาด จังหวัดสระแก้ว อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งนี้ประเด็น เรื่อง “การประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการ ฯ มีอย่างทั่วถึง” ประชาชนมีความพึงพอใจ อยู่ในระดับมากเป็นลำดับแรกในทางตรงข้าม “ที่นั่งร่วมกิจกรรมโครงการ ฯ มีจำนวนเพียงพอ” ประชาชน มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากเป็นลำดับสุดท้าย

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the Thai-Udom Administrative Organizational projectmobility for public meeting in Amphoe Klong Hat, Sa Kaeo Province. The aspects evaluated included the context or surrounding environment, input, process, and output. There were two target groups participating in this study. The first group comprised 36 people who were responsible for the project. The second one comprised 368 people, living in Thai-Udom Sub-district. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire. The statistical tests used to analyze the collected data included frequency, percentage, means, and standard deviation. The results of the study revealed that, regarding the context, it was rated at a high level of appropriateness. Specifically, while the statement, “This project enhanced appropriately public participation in making plans for development.” was rated at the highest level, the statement, “This project was able to respond appropriately to the public needs.” was rated at the lowest level. With reference to input, it was rated at a high level of appropriateness. The subjects rated at a high level for the statement, “The activities offered in this projects, such as payment of local development tax, filing of complaints, and free-hair cut activity, were appropriate”., but they rated at the lowest level for the statement, “ The advertisement of this project was wellreceived and well-publicized” . Considering the process, it was also rated at a high level of appropriateness. Although the subjects rated at a high level for the statement, “Days and time scheduled for this project were appropriate”. , they rated at the lowest level for the statement, “Materials, equipment, and tools used in this project were adequate”. Regarding the output, it was shown that the level of public satisfaction toward this project was found at a high level. Specifically, while they rated at a high level for the statement, “The advertisement for this project was well-received by the public.”, they rated at the lowest level for the statement, “Numbers of seat provided for activities were adequate.”
