Administrative factors correlating with the adminstration based on good governance principles of Khlongkiew sub-district administrative organization, Amphoe Baan Bueng, Chon Buri province
Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to examine the administration based on good governance principles, administrative factors, and the relationship between administrative factors and the administration based on good governance principles of Khlongkiew Sub-district Administrative Organization, Amphoe Baan Bueng, Chon Buri Province. The population of this study was 109 personnel working for Khlongkiew Sub-district Administrative Organization. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire with the reliability of 0.976 for the administration based on good governance principles, of 0.925 for administrative factors, of 0.947 for employee factors, of 0.939 for strategic factors, and of 0.922 for organizational structure. The statistical tests used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of this study were as follows: 1. It was shown that the level of the administration based on good governance principles of Khlongkiew Sub-district Administrative Organization, Amphoe Baan Bueng, Chon Buri Province was found at the highest level (µ = 4.27, σ = 0.67). Specifically, the administration based on good governance principles in relation to transparency was rated the highest, followed by the administration based on the principles of ethical conduct and rules of law, respectively. 2. The level of administrative factors affecting the administration of KhlongkiewSub-district Administrative Organization was found at the highest level (µ = 4.29, σ = 0.63). The factor in relation to administrators was rated the highest, followed by the factors relating to organization structure, staff, and organizational strategy, respectively. 3. Based on the results from the test of the research hypotheses, it was shown that there were positive and high relationships between the administration based on good governance principles and administrative factors, including administrators (r=0.78), staff (r=0.72), organizational strategy (r=0.70), and organizational structure (r=0,73) at a significant level of .01.
