Opinions of the so-called Sat-Ja group members towards the administration of Tangmae temple saving fund, Wangsam sub-district, Amphoe Makham, Chanthaburi
Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to examine opinions of the so-called Sat-Ja group members towards the administration of Tangmae Temple Saving Fund, located in Wangsam Sub-distict, Amphoe Makham, Chanthaburi Province and to compare the level of their opinion towards the administration of Tangmae Temple Saving Fund as classified by gender, age, educational level, and amount of income. The focus was on Bartol and Martins four administrative aspects, including planning, management, leadership, and monitoring. The subjects recruited by the calculation of Yamanes formula were 243 people. The statistical tests used to analyze the collected data included frequency, percentage, means, and standard deviation. To test the hypotheses, t-test and One-way ANOVA were operated. The results of the study revealed that the level of opinions of the so-called Sat-Ja group members towards the administration of Tangmae Temple Saving Fund was found at a very good level (X =4.52, SD =0.22). Specifically, the subjects rated the aspect in relation to planning at a good level, followed by the aspects relating to management, monitoring, and leadership. Both the aspects of management and monitoring were rated at a very good level by the subjects. Also, the aspect of leadership was rated at a good level. Finally, based on the test of hypotheses, there were no statistically significant differences in the level of opinion towards the administration of Tangmae Temple Saving Fund among the subjects with different gender, age, educational level, and amount of income. The hypotheses were then rejected.
