Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to develop a Computer Based Training Package on Measurement andEvaluation in Education. The package consisted of 8 modules and spent time for training/studyingfor 13 hours. Learners or trainers could be interacted with the package by their own selves at anysuitable time and at any places, school, and office or at home. The package quality was verified byspecialists of the field and the results revealed that it was average of 4.07 marks (total score of 5), good level. An efficiency which performed by experimental group of 20 secondary school teacherswas 80.25/80.78 higher than the criterion of 80/80. An effective index which was 64% showed thatthe trainees could develop themselves 64% higher than their basis. So that the package could beprovided to develop teachers, trainees and persons who paid attention on the field as well.
