Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study positions, problems and demands of using Internet inEducation of instructors and students at Rajabhat Institute of Ratanakosin. Sampling groups whichwere 240 instructors and 1,316 students were sampled by Stratified Random Sampling. Thisresearch used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Data were analyzed by Estimate ofProportion, Estimate of Means and Standard Error.The results 1) Showed that current status of using Internet as an education tool of instructors andstudents found that most of instructors and students used WWW for searching information. Periodof time to use Internet were about 1-2 times per week and each time it took about as 1-2 hours.2) Most of the instructors and students had problems on amount of computers and peripheral werenot enough for serving, program had low quality and always had problems, using the Internet viaservice center got low speed and there were a few of learning media for activities in classroom.3) Most of the instructors and students required a high speed internet from service center, a numberof the service center from institute, knowledge for solving problems while using the internet,internet training for studying, and an internet website for each scheme.
