Abstract: The purposes of the research were to create a Computer Self-Study Package on System Analysisand Design Subject and to find the learning effectiveness, satisfaction, and efficiency of thepackage. The research tools were: 1) Computer Instructional Package on System Analysis andDesign Subject 2) an achievement test and 3) questionnaire of satisfaction. The research samplegroup consists of 30 students from Diploma of Business Computer Department, Eastern TechnologySchool. The result of this research revealed that the efficiency of the package was 89.80 / 83.30,which were higher than provided value 80/80. The efficiency result of pretest and posttest showedthat Epost = 88.30 and Epre = 25.13 Therefore the learning effectiveness = 63.17 which is as theprovided value not less than 60 and the mean value of learners’ satisfaction was 3.84. It could beconcluded that the Computer Instruction Package on System Analysis and Design can be used in e - learning.
