Abstract:
The objeective of this research was to study factors relating to learning achievement of graduatestudents in the Department of Computer and Information Technology, the Faculty of IndustrialEducation, King Mongkuts University of Technology Thonburi. Sampling groups were 150.Graduate students in the Department of Computer and Information Technology, the Faculty ofIndustrial Education, King Mongkuts University of Technology Thonburi. A tool used forcollecting data of the study was questionnaire and statistics used for analysing were Mean,Proportion, Variance, Standard Arror and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.According to the research, two factors relating to the learning achievement of the graduate studentsin a significant level were age and accumulated grade point average in the bachelors degreelevel. From an equation, it was found that one year older of respondentss age would result indecreasing by 0.0067 of the accumulated grade point average in graduate level. In addition,increasing by 0.01 of the accumulated grade point average in the bachelors degree level wouldresult in increasing by 0.0912 of the accumulated grade point average in the graduate level. Thesefactors affected scholastic performance of the graduate students in a level of 0.286 (R2 = .286) andcould predict variance of change in the accumulated grade point average in the graduate level at8.2% (R2 = 0.082).
