Abstract:
The objective of this research was to study the satisfaction of university students in Bangkok for E-Commerce. The questionnaire method was used for data collection with 986 sample students, who were the members of website http://www.tarad.com and http://www.thaisecondhand.com until January, 2003 The method for data analysis was statistical method with the use of percentage, median and standard error. The result of the research indicated that most of university students in Bangkok held a bachelor degree 72.31% . They were 68.66% of men. About 43.81% of them were online 10-15 hours/week. They generally bought books or CD-ROM 58.28% and 65.08% of the buyers paid by credit cards. The overall satisfactory level for university students in Bangkok for E-Commerce was in the medium level (Mean=2.80). The difficulties for university students in Bangkok for E-Commerce were paying through the internet by credit cards is not safe. This difficulty is the major problem and they can not touch the goods is the second. Moreover, the E-commerce websites are not many enough.
