Abstract:
The purpose of this research were to study the attitude-level, Readiness and Acceptance ofe-Learning. Also the correlation between e-Learning acceptance of governmental higher-educationinstitutes which are in Bangkok area, under the Higher-education Bureau , with the instructorsstatus variation, attitudes upon e-Learning technique and readiness for e-Learning operation ofinstructors who belong to the Governmental Higher-education Bureau. The sampling groups were275 Conclusion of the research were as follows :1. Most of the instructors of governmental higher-education institutes under the HighereducationBureau in Bangkok area were agree with qualities perception and benefit of e-Learning ata high level.2. Most of the instructors of governmental higher-education institutes under the HighereducationBureau in Bangkok area had fully provided on person, budget, fundamental,structure equipments, knowledge and ability of the instructors as well as scope of curriculumwere at a moderate level.3. Most of the instructors of governmental higher-education institutes under the HighereducationBureau in Bangkok area accepted e-Learning technique at a moderate level.4. Independent variation and agreement on e-Learning technique at perceptual level, motivelevel, decision level, application level and insistent level had proportions which revealed thathighest were 97.0, 90.6, 67.6, 62.1 and 48.4 respectively.
