Abstract: The purposes of this research were to the investigate the level of communication satisfaction bycommunication technology, level of job performance, relationship between technologycommunication satisfaction and job performance of the officials in Rajamongala Industrial in centralcampus, classified by sex, technology uses and job description and to predict the best overall jobperformance.The sample used in the study consisted of 827 persons working in the office ofRajamangala Industrial in central campus, selected by primary random sampling. The instrumentimplemented in collecting the data was a five level rating scale questionnaire. The percentage, meanscore, standard error of mean, simple correlation, multiple correlation and the analysis of multipleregression were used as the statistical devices in analyzing the data.The summary of the findings were as follows : (1) The level of the communication satisfaction bycommunication technology was rated at the medium level. (2) The level of job performance as awhole was at a high level. (3) The communication satisfaction and the job performance whenclassified by sex correlated in the same way. The use of electronics mail and administrative unitwere found to correlate in the sam way at a rather high level with significant differences at p<0.05and p<0.01 level. (4) The communication satisfaction in each aspect can predict the result of jobperformance. It was found that the prediction of the best job performances consisted of the generalorganization perspective, horizontal information communication, media quality, personal feedbackand organization integration. That could be used as a predictor of job performance of the offices inRajamangala Industrial in central campus by using communication technology (satellite meeting).Its predicting value was 91.3 percent as shown in the following equation.Y bar = 3.492- 21.45X6 + 1.057X5+0.967X4+0.967X4+0.454X8-0.376X3
