Abstract: This research is mainly discussed about the problems of management for building systeminstallation. The main issue was emphasized in the fundamental resources problem, which weredivided in 5 categories; as Manpower, Material, Money, Machine and Management. In this research,all those resources above have been analyzed in four main system buildings, which are 1. Electricaland Communication System 2. Sanitary and Fire protection system 3. Air condition and ventilationsystem and the last 4. Waste water treatment system. Regarding the research, some facts have beenfound out that all the four main systems have occurred in the same period of time. If one of thesesystems face the problem, the result will greatly effect to one another unavoidably. And if theprocedures are not prepared well enough, an incoming result will cause huge damage to all involvedparties in the project. Therefore, the objectives for research straightly focused on the three parts.The first describes the importance of the frequency, damage and quantitative effect in each problem.The second part compares the problems of building system installation depending on the workexperience. The Third part concludes the reason of the problems and how to solve them dependingon the work experience of the sample. The questionnaire has been used as research equipment insending to the samples, which were project manager of system Contractor Company. The results inthe analysis have shown as following: - 1. Electrical and Communication System problem thatneeds to be coped with comes up specifically on the problems related to Material, Money andmanagement 2. On specific problems with Sanitary and Fire protection system are its Machine(Tools) 3. Air condition and ventilation system lies with the fact that it may arise equally and4. Specific and careful attention should be given to the Manpower aspect, along with the financialproblem in its frequency, damage and with the highest total impact from all the problems studies in this research.
