Abstract: This study explores the Tourism Sector relationship to Economic Growth within Myanmar, Laos ,and Cambodia by using Co-integration to Auto-regressive distributed lag (ADRL) methodology. This study attempts to explain that the tourism sector is crucial for emerging countries like Cambodia, Laos ,and Myanmar given the period (1995 to 2014) before regional integration development of AEC. The data of the economic indicators take advantage of the data from the World Bank indicator, Economist Intelligence Unit, and Oxford Economics. The rich natural environment , cheaper travelling expenditures and abundant heritage attract tourist’s interest, in particular the Asia region. On the other hand, local development, tourism receipts, foreign direct investment, and job creation yields to the economic growth in common. The source of tourists spending becomes employee’s salary and wages and the related goods and services of the industry’s income. On the other hands, Tourism can promote job creation and develop local infrastructure like culture, sports and recreation, shopping malls , entertainment, tourist attractions, and so on. Therefore, Agglomeration of various sectors are included in Tourism activities. The most important view of Tourism Sector is obviously to contribute to the nation’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and promote the nation’s employment. In this study, past research findings, empirical results, and policy recommendations are provided and encourage the Tourism Industry to increase in economic growth. The author shed light on Foreign Direct Investment in which it is inconclusive for such developing countries according to past research findings ,and a long run-relationship resulted in the Tourism Sector and Economic Growth within Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia.
