Abstract: The purposes of this research were to analyze, to describe and to compare present status, acceptancestatus and expectation status about problems on using information technology for governmentmanage ment of Government House. The sample chosen for this study were 452 civil servants andofficers in Secretariat of the Prime Minister. Questionnaires with 7 rating scales were used asinstrument in collecting data. The reliability of the instrument calculated by Cronbrach AlphaCoefficient was at 0.9336. The obtained data was analyzed by using Means ( ? ), StandardDeviation (S.D.) and Analysis of Factors by Principal Component Analysis technique: PCA,or thogonal rotation axis by Varimax Method.The results of the study were as follows.1. There were 10 major factors of the using information of technology for government managementof Government House as follows: (1) Policy of e-Document, (2) Evaluation System of Receiving-Sending Documents, (3) Creating Document for Outside, (4) Documentary Utilization, (5) Qualityof Document, (6) Impact on System, (7) Supporting System, (8) Security System, and(9) Document Recording. These factors could be explained from 71.733 % of the total variance. Astudy of Correlation Coefficient between 9 factors and 59 variables was at 0.414 - 0.706 and theCorrelation Coefficient between 9 factors and the using information of technology for governmentmanagement of Government House was at 0.001 - 0.013; it was at a low level. The regression orpredicting equation of the using information of technology for government management ofGovernment House was:Y = 0.745(P olicyofe-Document)+0.601(Evaluation System of Teceuvubg-Sending)+ 0.686(CreatingDocumentforOutside)+0.561(DocumentaryUltalizice)+0.578(QualityofDocument>+ 0.578(ImageOn System)+0.537(Supporting System)+0.784(DocumentTecording)The prediction equation had the power of prediction at 55.55% and error of prediction was at11.111%.2. When present status, acceptance status and expectation were compared, it was found that therewere problems on the using Information Technology for government management such as usingdata on network for organization, exchanging data information between organizations, problems of computer hardware aacssories and software programing.
