Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study the status and problems in informationusage and compare status and problems usage in secondary schools in Bangkok of the departmentof general education. The tool of this research was based on questionnaire. The target was groupare 52 random sampling of secondary schools in Bangkok of the department of general education.The target group is obtained through stratified random sampling technique. Percentages, mean,standard deviation and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test were analyzed based on the returnedquestionnaire of 100%.From the analysis, a large percentage of producers and user are mainly female betweenthe age of 41-50 years, with bachelor degree and concentration in education area. The utilizationin usage information status in producer was at the high level and user was at the medium level.The utilization in usage information problems in producer is at the high level and user is at themedium level. The problems in usage the information at the first are analysis and processing datathe second are presentation data the third are preserved and maintain data and are collected dataand compared opinion between producer and user is opinion into the same.
