Abstract:
The research aimed to 1) study the role of promoting classroom research of school administrators and teachers in school under Buriram Educational Primary Service Area Office 3
And 2) compare the options of school administrators and teachers about the role of promoting a classroom research of school administrators and teachers in school under Buriram Educational primary Service Area Office 3 divided by status, positions and size of school. The sample consisted of 139 administrators and 206 teacher who were determined by the sample size table of Krejcie and Morgan and multistage random. The instruments used to collect data was a questionnaire, created by researcher. The questionnaire had three parts including checklist, 5 rating scale, and open ended form. The reliability was 0.94 The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested by t test, One way ANOVA, and tested the difference of the average by the method of Scheffe . The results of the study were as follows:
1.The role of promoting classroom research of school administrators and teachers in school under Buriram Educational Primary Service Area Office 3, according to the options of administrators and teacher, as a whole and in each aspect were at a high level.
2. When compared the options of administrators and teacher in schools on the role of promoting classroom research of school administrators and teachers in school under Buriram Educational Primary Service Area Office 3 divided by positions, as a whole and in each aspect had the statistically difference at the .01 level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the morale support aspect had statistically significant difference at the .05 level. The research atmosphere aspect, the research committee aspect, and budget support aspect had statistically significant difference at the .01 level. The other aspects were not different. When divided by size of school, as a whole and in each aspect it had the statistically difference at the .01 level.
3. Comments and suggestions on the role of promoting the classroom research in schools under Buriram Educational Primary Service Area Office 3 were : there should be a corner for exhibiting the research results or innovation invented by the teachers, followed by the administrators should equally support teachers and the administrators should follow, encourage, and support the teacher to do research in class.
