Abstract: หลักการทฤษฎีเกี่ยวกับการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัย -- องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล -- การบริหารจัดการศึกษาขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล สรุป การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการจัดการศึกษาของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์การบริหารส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเลย จำแนกตามอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลนาซ่าว อำเภอเชียงคาน จังหวัดเลย จำนวน 150 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าเอฟ และทำการทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ โดยวิธีการของ เชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ผู้ปกครองมีความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการศึกษาของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลนาซ่าว อำเภอเชียงคาน จังหวัดเลย โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผู้ปกครองที่มีอายุต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการศึกษาของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์การบริหารส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเลย ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Abstract: The purposes of this research were to study and compared the opinions of the guardians toward educational management of child development centers under local government organization, Loei Province, classified by age. The sample of this research included 150 guardians of the child development centers under local government organization, Nasao Subdistrict, Loei Province. The instrument used to collect the data included a questionnaires with a reliability of 0.97. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. The findings were as follows: 1. The opinion of the guardians toward the management of the child development centers under local government organization, Loei Province, as a whole and in each aspects were at a high level. 2.Overall, the opinions of the guardians, with different ages, toward the management of the child development centers under local government organization, were statistically significant different at 0.05 level.
