Abstract:
The research was findings were as follows: 1) Regarding to focus on the Attractions management by using the strategy of local identity, a way to convey tourist attraction. The Accessibility should develop of the infrastructure in the areas. The Amenity should be support with a good public transportation with convenience, quickness and safety.a2)aRegarding to the satisfactions and behavior of Thai and Foreigner tourists: the most importance for tourists is Accessibility and Amenity management. The tourists are offered to the vendors for using the folk wisdom to create new products. Therefore, the vendors should have honest, hospitable, smile and friendship for a good host. 3) Regarding to the guideline of creative tourism management on Thapae Walking Street, should conserve the local identity of Chiangmai Walking Street and permit of environment. To give a tourist opportunity to participate in making products and trying to joint in the activities. The importance thing should be make public relations about the marketing and the capacity areas. It needs to cooperation from the community network in Chiangmai to support and encourage the effective of creative tourism management on Thapae Walking Street, as the model of the best tourist attraction in Thailand and Asian Economic Community, with aim to become an internationally renowned tourist attraction."
