Abstract: The purpose of this reaearch was to study the influentiol factors upon the careerdelection of graduated students with Technical Education. A case study pertain to graduatedstudents from king monglut's university of technology thonburi, king mongkut's institute oftechnology north bangkok . Thepopulation under this study was 1400 of people who are workingin different places and the samples were 302 of people which identified by statified randomsampling. The sata collection devices were quedtionnaires which include, part I : data check listfor redpondents' background, part II : data rating scatle xinderned with attitude to career selectionof graduated students with Technical Education.The research finding were as follows:1.Dealing with the redpondents' background. stugy revealed that the gender ofmajority were male (98.0%), age ranged between 36-40 year (25.2%) , haveing work experienceless than 5 years (26.5%), grandvated with Technical Education (31.1%), graduated from KingMongkut's Institute of Technology (52.6%)2. To compare discontimue variable, the study found that this variable was not relatedto dignificant at 0.5, means that each variable was not the imfluentoa; factpr fpr career delectionfor graduated students with Technical Education.3. The influcatial factors that separatec career selectionon teaching and industrial ofgraduatec students with Technical Education were worl ecperience, age, security,administratrion, reliaability significant at .01, stbility, kind of job, respondibility, progress,salary, welfare, relationship with colleagues and administrators, area, decurity, were lesssigrificant.
