Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาตามวงจรคุณภาพสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 ที่จำแนกตามสถานภาพตำแหน่งและขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 468 คน ซึ่งได้จาการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นอย่างเป็นสัดส่วนเครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าความถี่ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงแบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยใช้การทบสอบค่าที (Independent Samples t - test) และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว กำหนดค่าสถิติที่มีระดับนัยความสำคัญ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาตามวงจรคุณภาพ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีการดำเนินงานมากที่สุดคือ ด้านการจัดระบบบริหารและสารสนเทศ และด้านที่มีการดำเนินงานต่ำที่สุดคือ ด้านการจัดให้มีการติดตามตรวจสอบคุณภาพการศึกษา 2. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูที่เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาตามวงจรคุณภาพ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 จำแนกตามสถานภาพตำแหน่งและขนาดของสถานศึกษาโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการดำเนินงานตามแผนพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05

Abstract: The purposes of this research were to study and compare implementation of quality assurance of the quality cycle under The Secondary Educational Service Office Area 32. The study was the divided by position Administrators and Teachers and the size of the school. A simple of 468 people. They were randomly stratified proportionally. The instrument was a questionnaire with the reliability of .97. The statistics used to analyze the collected data were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, and the hypotheses were test by T-test and F-test. The level of the statistical significance was at .05. The results of the research were as follows. : 1. The implementation of quality assurance of the quality cycle under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 was overall found at a high level. Having considered each aspect, the systems and information management and the lowest level was the implementation provide for monitoring the quality of education. 2. The comparison opinion reviews of school administrators and teachers toward implementation of quality assurance of the quality cycle under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32. The study was the divided by position Administrators and teachers and the size of the school. Not difference. Considering as the found that the to provide for the development of continuing education was significantly .05.
