Abstract:
The objective of this research is to create the effective courseware E-learning and enhancementof student learning. The courseware E-learning on WBI is developed by Google Apps for Education and use for complementary instructional media with learning in class. The students of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, 25 students of the Chemistry Laboratory Skill Improvement course and 6 students of the Quality Control in Laboratory course in second semester of academic year 2014 were sample with the purposive sampling technique. The instruments were questionnair and test. The frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation are used. The efficiency and the effectiveness index are used to test the quality of courseware. Results of this study revealed thatboth courses, the satisfaction of students toward courseware E-learning and the attitude of experts toward the efficiency of instructional media and content were at the highest level. The efficiency and the effectiveness index were higher than criteria, therefore, the both courseware E-learning had rational approach and empirical approach, were able to use for learning.
