Abstract: งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างเว็บไซต์รายวิชาที่มีประสิทธิภาพ และใช้พัฒนาการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียน โดยพัฒนาเว็บไซต์รายวิชาเรียนด้วยโปรแกรม Google Apps for Education ซึ่งเป็น E-learning ในรูปแบบ WBI เพื่อใช้เป็นสื่อเติมควบคู่กับการเรียนการสอนในชั้นเรียน ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในรายวิชาเสริมทักษะปฏิบัติการเคมี จำนวน 25 คน และรายวิชาการควบคุมคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการ 6 คน ภาคการศึกษาที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 โดยวิธีการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม และแบบทดสอบ ค่าสถิติ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวัดคุณภาพบทเรียนพิจารณาจากค่าประสิทธิภาพบทเรียนและค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผล ผลการศึกษาพบว่า รายวิชาเสริมทักษะปฏิบัติการเคมีและรายวิชาการควบคุมคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติ ผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยเว็บไซต์ E-learning ในระดับมากที่สุด ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นต่อประสิทธิภาพด้านความเป็นสื่อการเรียนรู้ และประสิทธิภาพด้านเนื้อหาในระดับมากที่สุด ค่าประสิทธิภาพบทเรียน และค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลมีค่าสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ ดังนั้น บทเรียน E-learning ทั้ง 2 รายวิชามีประสิทธิภาพเชิงเหตุผล และมีประสิทธิภาพเชิงประจักษ์ สามารถใช้เพื่อการเรียนรู้ได้

Abstract: The objective of this research is to create the effective courseware E-learning and enhancementof student learning. The courseware E-learning on WBI is developed by Google Apps for Education and use for complementary instructional media with learning in class. The students of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, 25 students of the Chemistry Laboratory Skill Improvement course and 6 students of the Quality Control in Laboratory course in second semester of academic year 2014 were sample with the purposive sampling technique. The instruments were questionnair and test. The frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation are used. The efficiency and the effectiveness index are used to test the quality of courseware. Results of this study revealed thatboth courses, the satisfaction of students toward courseware E-learning and the attitude of experts toward the efficiency of instructional media and content were at the highest level. The efficiency and the effectiveness index were higher than criteria, therefore, the both courseware E-learning had rational approach and empirical approach, were able to use for learning.
