Abstract:
In this researchs, the researcher investigates (1) the opinions of selected Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep personnel toward personnel administration at the university. The researcher also inquires into (2) the relationships between the employment status of these personnel and personnel administration at the university and the relationships between the opinions of personnel in each aspect considered and personnel administration at the university.
The research population consisted of 392 personnel employed at Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep. The instrument of research was a questionnaire.
Using techniques of descriptive statistics, the researcher analyzed the data collected in terms of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The technique of cross tabulation (cross-tab) analysis was additionally used by the researcher. Hypothesis testing was conducted by means of applications of the chi-square (χ2) method in establishing relationships between variables.
Findings are as follows:
1. Overall, the opinions of the personnel under study in respect to personnel administration at the university were found to be evinced at a moderate level with the mean being 3.0121.
2. The employment statuses of the personnel in an overall picture were determined to be correlated with opinions evinced vis-à-vis personnel administration at the university.
3. Overall, the opinions of the personnel under study were found to be correlated with personnel administration at the university under investigation.
