Abstract: The purposes of the research were to create a Computer learners' package on Computer InformationTechnology Subject and to find the learning effectiveness, satisfaction, and efficiency of thepackage. The research tools were: 1) Computer learners' package on Computer InformationTechnology Subject 2) an achievement test and 3) questionnaire of learners' satisfaction. Theresearch sample group consists of 35 students from Business Computer Department, BangmodWittaya "Srisukwardjuan-upatham" School.The result of this research revealed that the efficiency ofthe package was 85.05 / 82.14, which was higher than set value of 80/80. The efficiency result ofpretest and posttest showed that Epos=t 85.05 and EPIC= 19.57. Therefore the learning effectivenesswas 62.57 and the mean value of learners' satisfaction was 4.30. It could be concluded that theComputer learners' package on Computer Instsuction Technology could be used in teaching thesubject.
