Abstract:
The independent study aimed (1) to study the transformation leadership of Taramit network institutional administrators under Pattani primary educational service area 1, (2) to compare the transformation leadership of Taramit network institutional administrators under Pattani primary educational service area 1,classified by educational background, work experience, and the size of the school and, 3) to process feedback on the development of transformation leadership of Taramit network Institutional administrators under Pattani primary educational service area 1. The subjects in this study were 143 teachers in Taramit network institutional administrators under Pattani primary educational service area 1. The questionnaire was used as the tool of study. There are three parts in questionnaire. The first part was the data of respondents categorized by gender, educational background, work experience, and the size of the schools. The second part was the level of the transformation leadership of school administrators as perceived by teachers in Taramit network institutional administrators under Pattani primary educational service area 1, and the third part was suggestions for the development the transformation leadership of school administrators as perceived by teachers in Taramit network institutional administrators under Pattani primary educational service area 1. Data was analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t -test and F-test. When there was significantly different, it would be tested by Scheffes Method.
The results were as follows.
1. The overall findings and each aspect findings in the study showed that the level of the transformational leadership of school administrators as perceived by teachers in Taramit network institutional administrators under Pattani primary educational service area 1 were at a
high level.
2. The comparison results of the teachers on the transformational leadership of school administrators in Taramit network institutional administrators under Pattani primary educational service area 1 classified by the size of the school, found that the overall fin dings was statistically significant at .05.
3. The results of compiling the problems and sugesstions about the transformation leadership of school administrators as perceived by teachers in Taramit network institutional administrators under Pattani primary educational service area revealed that the executives still lacking in leadership vision, administrative distribution, introducing new technology into classes in order to develop the quality of the education within their place, and decisive administrati on. The executives should promote the leadership vision, team work environment, the application of new technology into classes in order to develop the quality of the education within their place. The administrator should pay more attention to their co-workers and treats his colleagues with regard to the individual difference.
