Abstract:
The purposes of this research were 1) to study customer satisfaction level, the expected switching cost level, the of brand preference level and the revisit intention level of outpatients at Pathumvech Hospital; and 2) to study the customer satisfaction, the expected switching cost, the brand preference influencing the revisit intention of outpatients at Pathumvech Hospital. The sample were 400 at patients being at least 18 years old. This sample size was calculated by Taro Yamane formula. The research instrument was a set of questionnaires consisting of the personal data, the customer satisfaction, the expected switching cost, the brand preference and the revisit intention of outpatient at Pathumvech Hospital. The statistics of research were percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. The research finding indicated that: 1) The average level of customer satisfaction level, the brand preference level and the revisit intention level were at the high level, expected with 3.60, 3.49 and 3.88 respectively. The average of expected switching cost level was at the moderate level, explained with 2.67. 2) The customer satisfaction and the brand preference influenced revisit intention of outpatients at Pathumvech Hospital as 35 % ( = 0.35). The brand preference was the maximum influencing factor ( = 0.39) at the statistical significance level of 0.05.
