Abstract:
The aim of this study was to investigate needs of the teachers under Samutsongkhram Primary Educational Service Area Office on the service of Khurusapha, Samutsongkhram, classified by their gender, age, working experience, in 4 aspects: the service process, building, personnel, and information. The samples were 236 primary teachers. A 5-rating scale questionnaire was used for collecting data. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA.
The results revealed that
1. The needs of teachers under the Samutsongkhram Primary Educational Service Area Office on the service of Khurusapha, Samutsongkhram was at a high level in every aspect, as follows: the service process, personnel, building, and information, respectively.
2. Gender, age, and working experience had no influence on the teachers needs on the Khurusaphas service.
