Abstract:
This research aimed to study entrepreneurs satisfaction of the Central Plaza Rama II, from the 135 samples of entrepreneurs using a questionnaire concerning the satisfaction of the fashion entrepreneur: a case study of Central Plaza Rama II. The statistics used to analyze data composed of percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, F test, One Way Anova, and Sheffe.
The results revealed that entrepreneurs satisfaction to collect of the Central Plaza Rama II were certifiable highly as of overall ( = 4.05), classified in service of process ( = 4.04), staff services ( = 4.15), facility ( = 3.98) and services ( = 4.09).
The results from research that would be better if Central Plaza Rama II will develop the system in order to support many entrepreneurs and the highest satisfaction for the entrepreneurs in next servicing.
