Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate the important factors affecting the decision for selecting the services of convenience store at Phathumtani province from 400 samples who made the decision for selecting the services of convenience store at Phathumtani province. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation.
The study found that the main reason was the opening of a 24-hour convenience store, had several products, and had several service stores, easy to find, and no different price from the general market. Thus, these reasons affect decision-making of consumers and become a very popular nowadays.
