Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to study and compare the academic administration of school administrators under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by work experience. The population consisted of 103 school administrators. The sample included 86 school administrators obtained by using the Krejcie and Morgan table. The instrument to gather data was a five-point rating scale questionnaire with a validity level of 0.96. The statistics used for analysis included percentage, mean and standard deviation, and t-test was used to test the hypothesis. The results were as follows:1. Overall, the level of academic administration of the school administrators under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a high level. The aspect with the highest average value was development and support of learning sources. The aspects with the lowest average values were academic promotion and support for individual, families, organizations, offices, manufacturers and other educational institutes.2.There was no significant difference in academic administration among the school administrators under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 despite the different levels of work experience.
