Abstract:
This research aims to study an important English language toward Thai people which had the design and development an English vocabulary learning for Thai primary school students through an appropriate environment toward English vocabulary learning and have the name of this system that CAVIS. Analysis of CAVIS development was by using TAM for comprehending to the students attitudes toward the system. The study of Ontology knowledge is the design for appropriate searching system in order to develop the English vocabulary searching system in the future.
The Experiment has divided three sections: The first section has three experiments which the first experiment was conducted a comparison of English vocabulary learning between traditional teaching and CAVIS. The second and the third experiments are more performance of CAVIS and using more vocabulary. The second sections are the questionnaire for analyzing the students attitudes toward using CAVIS. The third sections are the design of CAVIS Ontology knowledge.
The results of CAVIS development found that the students had more abilities in English vocabulary learning and it was better before. Analysis of the students questionnaire had positive attitudes and had the intention to use CAVIS again in the
future. The results of Ontology knowledge design provides to develop an appropriate English vocabulary searching system with the learners in the future.
