Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่อง การประยุกต์ใช้ระบบลีนในการจัดทําผังองค์กรของแผนกควบคุมและวางแผนการผลิตของ บริษัท ABC จํากัด ซึ่งเป็นแนวคิดทางด้านอุตสาหกรรมเป็นหลัก แต่ปัจจุบันพบว่า มีการนํามาใช้สําหรับการทํางานออฟฟิศ จึงได้นํามาประยุกต์ใช้ในส่วนงานสนับสนุนการผลิต ซึ่งเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการวางผังองค์กรของแผนกควบคุม และวางแผนการผลิตของบริษัท ABC จํากัด ก่อนและหลังการปรับเปลี่ยนผังองค์กร โดยเมื่อนําระบบลีน มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการปรับผังองค์กรจะส่งผลให้มีประสิทธิภาพ การทํางานของพนักงานเพิ่มมากขึ้น และสามารถลดต้นทุนด้านแรงงานทางอ้อมของบริษัท ABC จํากัด ได้ โดยกลุ่มประชากรที่ทําการศึกษา ได้แก่ พนักงานในแผนกควบคุมและวางแผนการผลิตของบริษัท ABC จํากัด ประกอบไปด้วย ระดับผู้บริหาร 6 คน พนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ จํานวน 66 คน โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและเก็บรวมรวบข้อมูลแบบประเมินผลก่อนและหลังการเปลี่ยนแปลงองค์กร นํามาสรุปเพื่อประมวลผล โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth interview) ใช้กับกลุ่มผู้บริหาร จํานวน 6 คน และแบบประเมินการทํางาน ก่อนและหลัง การเปลี่ยนแปลงใช้กับพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการในแผนกควบคุมและวางแผนการผลิตจํานวน 66 คน และนําข้อมูล ที่เก็บได้มาทําการวิเคราะห์ค่าทางสถิติด้วยโปรแกรมสําเร็จรูปสําหรับการวิจัยทาง สังคมศาสตร์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ การทดสอบด้วยค่าทางสถิติ t-test (Pair sample t-test) ผลการศึกษาสรุปได้ว่า การนําระบบลีนมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการปรับผังองค์กรสามารถ เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทํางานของพนักงานในแผนกควบคุมและวางแผนการผลิตได้เป็นอย่างดีขึ้น พนักงานสามารถทํางานได้เต็มกำลังความสามารถของตนเอง ลดความสูญเปล่าจาการรอคอย ทําให้พนักงานทํางาน ได้อยางมีความสุข และสามารถลดต้นทุนของบริษัท โดยทําให้สามารถลดคนได้ ลดค่าล่วงเวลาได้ ทําให้ลดต้นทุนเรื่องของเสีย ได้เป็นอย่างดี และเมื่อทดสอบค่าทางสถิติพบว่า มีการเพิ่มขึ้นของประสิทธิภาพการทํางานของพนักงานในแผนกควบคุมและวางแผนการผลิต อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ค่า P-value น้อยกว่า 0.05 ข้อเสนอแนะการวิจัย การนําระบบลีนมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการปรับผังองค์กร จะบรรลุผลตาม วัตถุประสงค์ได้ดี ต้องอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนด ที่พนักงานในแผนกต้องมีความรู้ความชํานาญในงานนั้น พอสมควรและมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง จึงจะเกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงชัดเจน ในทางที่ดียิ่ง ๆ ขึ้นไป แต่หากพนักงานขาดความรู้ความชํานาญหรือมีทัศนคติที่ไม่ดี มักไม่ได้ผลอย่างที่คาดหมายไว้

Abstract: The objective of research on “Applying Lean in Re-Organization of Production Control Department of ABC Company Ltd.” , which is a key concept in the industry. But that has been used for office work. It is applied in the production segment. This is qualitative study The objective was to study the effectiveness of planning, organization, control and production planning department of ABC Company Ltd. before and after modifying the organizational chart. When implemented lean application to revamp the organization will contribute to the effective functioning of the increase. And can reduce indirect labor costs, ABC Company Ltd. has a population study including employees in the control and planning of the company ABC Ltd. consists of executive level six person by the In-depth interview and operating staff 66 person by collect data before and after evaluation of organizational change. Summary to be processed In-depth interviews with the management group of six people and evaluation work before and after the change applies to employees in the Production control department of 66 people, and the data collected were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science Research. The statistics used in this study were the average of the statistical tests t-test (Pair Sample T-test). The study concluded that the introduction of lean application to revamp the organization can enhance the performance of employees in the production control as well as for the employees to work up to its full capacity of their own. And can reduce the cost of by making it possible to reduce the people, Reducing overtime, Thus reducing the cost of waste, As well The test showed that the increase of the performance of employees in production planning and control, a significant statistical value of P-Value of less than 0.05.
