The objective of research on Applying Lean in Re-Organization of Production Control Department of ABC Company Ltd. , which is a key concept in the industry. But that has been used for office work. This is qualitative study The objective was to study the effectiveness of planning, organization, control and production planning department of ABC Company Ltd. before and after modifying the organizational chart.
