Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to: 1) develop a quality assurance training curriculum for the staff in Faculty of Business Administration at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, and 2) study the appropriateness of the curriculum according to the opinions of the staff.
The samples obtained by means of Stratified Sampling were 75 academic and 46 administrative staff members. The research was divided into 2 phases. In the first phase, a quality assurance training curriculum for the staff was developed. The main components of the curriculum were its name, principle, objectives, content, structure, suggested activities and evaluation. In the second phase, the curriculum was evaluated for its appropriateness. The data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation.
The results showed that the constructed quality assurance training curriculum was appropriate and complied with the criteria. The results also indicated that the appropriateness of the curriculum was at a high level.
