Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to (1) Quality of Work Life of Childrens Caretaker-Teachers of the Child Development Centre in The Ban Phaeng District Area, Nakhon Phanom Province. (2) The provision of Quality of Work Life of Childrens Caretaker-Teachers of the Child Development Centre in The Ban Phaeng District Area, Nakhon Phanom Province. A sample of 55 peoples of Childrens Caretaker-Teachers in the Child Development Centre in The Ban Phaeng District Area, Nakhon Phanom Province, The instrument used for collecting data was a Check list questionnaire. Statistics used to analyze data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test F-test and one-way ANOVA.
The findings of study were as follows (1) Quality of Work Life of Childrens Caretaker-Teachers of the Child Development Centre in The Ban Phaeng District Area, Nakhon Phanom Province as a whole was at high level. Considering it by aspect, the highest mean score was The accepted From colleague was at high level of having quality of work life. The next lower ranking one was the aspect of The opportunities for advancement and development capabilities, which was at high level of having quality of work life. The aspect that gained the lowest mean score was
Adequate compensation and justice, which was at moderate level of having quality of work life.
(2) The provision of Quality of Work Life of Childrens Caretaker-Teachers of the Child Development Centre in The Ban Phaeng District Area, Nakhon Phanom Province. As classified by Sex Age Education and Experience, it was found that the Quality of Work Life of Childrens Caretaker-Teachers of the Child Development Centre in The Ban Phaeng District Area, Nakhon Phanom Province. both as a whole and each aspect was not different.
